SSRU Faculty and Civil Servant Council Visits Secondary Demonstration School to Gather Staff Feedback and Drive Strategic Policy Proposals

BANGKOK – The Faculty and Civil Servant Council of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU) conducted a proactive field visit to the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Demonstration School (Secondary Division) to engage directly with staff, gather feedback, and synthesize field insights into policy proposals for university management.

This afternoon, Dr. Sakul Jariyajamsit, President of the SSRU Faculty and Civil Servant Council, along with council members, visited the Secondary Division of the Demonstration School to meet and exchange ideas. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sumalee Tienthongdee, Director of the Demonstration School, warmly welcomed the delegation and joined school executives and teachers in the discussion.

The primary objective of this visit was to listen to first-hand perspectives, operational challenges, and practical suggestions from the Demonstration School’s faculty and staff. The insights gathered will be synthesized into a set of "Policy Proposals," directly amplifying the voices of frontline personnel to executive leadership to ensure targeted and sustainable university development.
