Drive Proactive Quality Assurance and
Institutional Advancement

Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU),
through its Performance Monitoring,
Inspection, and Evaluation Board,
continues to advance quality assurance
and proactive management by organizing
Focus Group interviews to gather data,
identify operational challenges, and
collect key recommendations for holistic
university development.

Prof. Dr. Wichai Waenphet, Chairperson
of the SSRU Performance Monitoring,
Inspection, and Evaluation Board,
alongside board members, convened
internal and external stakeholders for
focus group discussions divided into
five key target groups.
This
initiative serves as a vital mechanism
for assessing actual institutional
performance through the perspectives of
service recipients and operational
staff. The gathered insights and
recommendations will be analyzed and
presented to executive administrators to
inform strategic planning and further
enhance the university's management
efficiency.
